SCAM ALERT:  Please be aware that scammers are sending out letters with our company logo claiming to help you with unauthorized transactions on your account.  The address on the top of the letter is not ours nor is the phone number provided to call and speak to someone.  Scammers have also been calling customers claiming to be with our Fraud Department and then offering to transfer them to "their bank" after getting information from the customer about who they bank with.  Our Fraud Department will never transfer you to the bank, ask who your bank is, nor will they ever ask for any personal information.  It is that time of year when fraud is at its highest.  Please make sure that if you have any questions or concerns with anything you may receive claiming to be from RSNB Bank that you call us directly.  Your information and security are our top priority!
